For so long I had placed myself in the position where I limited myself. This was the worst thing that I could have ever done. I mean I literally held myself back for so long it was crazy! I had placed myself in a box not wanting anyone to know too much about me. It was the absolute worst thing I could have ever done for myself. It prevented growth, left me stagnant, miserable and depressed! It wasnt until I realized that my past did not determine my future.
